Sauces compliment certain foods brilliantly whether it be some tomato ketchup with your fish & chips, some mayonnaise on your chicken burger or maybe even some brown sauce. I've got to say one of my favourite such sauces is Hoi Sin sauce, it may not be as main stream as the others but it has a truly lovely flavour. The majority of you will recognise it as the sauce you get served with peking duck in your local chinese, however it can be used for so much more. This one from Sharwood is one I had never tried before until very recently and I definetly wasn't disappointed. It's good a lovely sweet & tangy flavour to it and tastes like it's made from good ...
