I'm a relatively recent convert to curry really and as I don't like very hot and spicy ones, I can't abide the mild and creamy kind either. So trying to find something inbetween that satisfied taste with out blowing my head off was a bit of a trial and error affair. Until I had my first chicken saag from our takeaway and now I rarely have anything else when me and the hubby treat ourselves the odd Friday night. Maybe it's cos it's crammed with yummy nutrious spinach that makes me feel I'm not being too naughty and getting some good stuff into me.
