I love stir fry, really love it... I have probably been making it at least once a week for the last few years. It's a quick and very tasty meal and incredibly versitile as you can pretty much chuck in any veggies, meat and fish that you wish. Now I'm not really a fan of sweet stir fry sauces so I have tried to find something that has a spicy taste with bags of flavour.
