Oh i love my cereal. Over the years i have basically stuck to cornflakes. When i was a kid i loved Coco-Pop's and at every opportunity i had to have them. Then when i came out of that obsession, came Shreddies. Even from way back, the box and the Shreddies themselves seem to be the same. Believe it or not, when i was younger i used to get confused between Shreddies and Shredded Wheat. I hated Shredded Wheat because i can never swallow them, but Shreddies are much softer and when warmed, more heavenly.

The box is as i always remember, the Sky blue box with ''Shreddies'' in big red lettering across the middle. And the famous Nestle logo in the top left hand corner. And also has loads of little Shreddies around the bottom of the box covered in milk.

Nestle Shreddies are VERY filling. A simple bowl full is more than enough. You can chose to have them cold or warm and it tastes equally nice. They are small-ish little squares and it is ­quite hard to actually describe how these taste because they remind me of Weet-a-bix. Unlike most cereals these arn't sweet and sugary, you can chose to put our own on. I prefer to have these warm, you have a coffee type taste when you warm them and its a delicious taste indeed. Of course Shreddies is a very good nutritional Breakfast.

As lovely and tasty as Shreddies are, they are quite expensive, i think i paid around £2.28 for my box, but i must say they are worth it. Tesco do there own version that my brother loves to eat called Malt Wheat's for £1.34 and Netto for the same but they call them Malties for the same price. They arn't as good as the original but, similar.

Overall they are a great cereal, nutritional, quite healthy, filling, taste's divine. And i do recommend them to you. Try them, if you don't like them, you can always go back to what you used to eat before.
