Silver Spoon Icing Sugar

Let me explain something from the beginning. I am no masterchef:-) like several of my previous reviews will confirm. However more recently I have had cause to 'dabble' a bit in the kitchen department. I regularly bake and find it a really enjoyable hobby, its something I have done since I was little because my mom used to be a semi profressional cake decorator and so I picked it up from an early age. When I was youner my grandma and I always used to bake cakes at weekend. My favourites were the Coffee cake or the Marble cake. We always seemed to make large, share sized cakes, but never little fairy cakes or little cup cakes. Thouh now when I get the urge to bake, I tend to make little single sized cakes. My kids love making cakes, but what they enjoy the most is icing them. What is icing sugar? Well is simply sugar that's been ground down to a fine powder with a small amount of cornstarch or in the case of Silver Spoon's version Tricalcium Phosphate (E341) added to stop the sugar clumping together.
