I have tried to use sweetener in my tea but I usually do this for a couple of months then resort back to sugar because sweeteners just aren t the same. However, because I am trying to be good and shift this last bit of baby weight I thought I would give the sweeteners another go. When down the sugar isle in Tesco s however I came across this Silverspoon Light sugar. It claims to have 33% fewer calories in it than your everyday granulated sugar. This I thought is worth a try. 	Silver Spoon Light Granulated Sugar ... really like the Silver Spoons resealable boxes of sugar, I find them much better to the bags as you don t find yourself making a complete mess when you open the up. So when I was in a rush I happened to pick up one of these packs of sugars without realising it was the 33% reduced sugar. By the time I noticed it was too late and I decided to keep it. I m not usually a fan of these sugars as generally the texture is so fine that they are nothing like sugar apart from being sweet. I wasn t looking forward to trying it out but once I opened the box I found it wasn t as bad as I had expected. The sugar was very white and that bit finer than the usual stuff but it looked... I know that I for one eat a lot more sugar than I should, but really we all need to be careful about how much of it we eat.
