It tells us that each 120g pot contains 111 calories, and 2g of fat, in which 1.2 is saturated fat (the bad fat!). Taking a glance at the sugar content, it is un-surprisngly high, each pot contains 17.6g, however I amn't surprised at this, because most yogurts these days are high in sugars. I didn't know what I fancied so I took a peek in the treat cupboard, but on seeing the chocolate, my tummy churned and I realised I wasn't overly hungry. So I picked up an apple, and headed back for the sofa. However just as I was about to leave the kitchen, I remembered something my mum had picked up on offer in Sainsburys that afternoon. I try to eat a yogurt everyday to help boost my calcium, although to be completely honest I drink so many cups of milky tea throughout the day that a solitary yogurt is not likely to make much difference - so it's a good job I like eating them otherwise I'm sure I wouldn't bother! I rarely buy Ski as I think it's a very expensive brand for what it is, some of the supermarket own brand yogurts are comparable with this brand and cost roughly a third less. I only bought this pack of Ski Variety Burst because they were on special offer and cost just 99p, which is more or less the same as I'd pay for my usual own brand yogurts.
