Skinny Cow Triple Chocolate Ice Cream.... As a self confessed chocoholic I adore a good feast of chocolate most evenings and this is causing problems for my ever expanding waist. Since quitting smoking, I am wanting to eat more but truing to eat less. I found a good solution however and eating an low fat low calorie ice cream takes a good while and is far better than quickly polishing off a whole bar of chocolate. Amazingly, we have been having a spell of very hot weather lately and as a consequence my thoughts have turned towards ice cream.
