Advantages: Very tasty snacks

Disadvantages: Not suitable for Vegetarians

To go with my Tapioca review of yesterday I thought of KP Skips, as they are infact made from tapioca starch!!

The snacks are made by KP who also bring us Discos, Wheat Crunchies and NikNaks. Each pack contains just 89 calories and 5.0g of fat. They contain no artificial colours or flavours and no MSG. I love these as a guilt free snack and some times let my son have a few from my pack - even though I buy them for him!. The Tapioca is cooked in 100% sunflower oil to make these delicious snacks.

Sadly the snacks contain gluten so are not suitable for vegetarians.

The roundish bowl shaped snacks and melt and fizz in your mouth heaven and I always feel like I am eating something far less healthier when I am eating these, they are just so nice.

They do taste of prawn cocktail and I love the remnants of flavourings that are often left at the bottom of a pack, as this is extra fizzy.

We took some on a picnic recently and they were very nice sandwiches between to slices of buttered white bread.

The only problem is.... I could eat 3 or 4 packs in one go!!!

Summary: I love these
