After eating that Rocky bar, now I'm attacking two packets of Skittles. Now, don't have a go at me: I've lost over 2 stone in weight believe it or not, but Saturday is munchies day, and my reviews are going to pay back some of the cost of the sweets!

Skittles are small, round chewy candy covered in hard sugar coatings in a range of bright colours. About half the size of a smartie, it takes a fair few to get a mouth-ful, but the different fruit flavours combine in your mouth to produce a wonderful wash of exotic and tongue twisting juices.

Nutritionally, Skittles are actually one of the worst mainstream sweets I have come across, as the details below show:

At 76% sugar, and over 4% fat, it's no good eating these on a regular basis. Of course, they are marketted as having real fruit juice in them (and that includes some vitamin C, but the bad done by the sugar and fat will overcome that.

HOW TO EAT:
The challenge I pose to you is can you put a mouth-ful in your mouth and let them sit there, so the coating soaks off, without biting them. Then, mush the candy together into one big blob - can you do it?
