The bar is made of oat flakes, cranberries, almonds, raisins, in addition to other ingredients. What I liked about it is that it is much more filling that other cereal bars. It smells of something sweet and it is a bit sticky for it is sweetened by sugar and glucose syrup, but no sweeteners.

Slim Fast Cranberry and Almond Snack Bar 26g This is one of the many Slim Fast products that I tried recently, obviously because of all the yummy chocolate I tried during Christmas. This 26g snack bar is available only from Ocado at the moment for 32p which is a good value for money. This is because if you make a simple calculation: a box of Alpen Fruit and Nuts with Milk Chocolate costs £1.89 and contains six bars, that is 31.5 per bar; almost the same as a Slim Fast bar. Tangy and sour, hot and a tad sweet lovely on a nice piece of rump! Very vineagary. May be off putting to alot of people it doesn't smell that nice!
