Advantages: Great texture, great taste.

Branded with the Smith`s name but very much part of the Walkers food group Frazzles have been with us now for more than 30 years and unlike many long serving products they taste as good now as they did then.

For anyone that does not know, frazzles are bacon flavour corn snacks that not only taste like crispy bacon but are also designed to look like little bacon rashers. They really capture the taste of bacon which I have not found any other type of bacon flavour crisp able to manage.

The texture of the corn snacks is like other corn snacks, they are crisp if you bite straight into them but if you prefer to you can allow them to malt in your mouth letting the bacon flavour dance across your taste buds.

These crisps come in a 25g pack which contains only 80 calories so not as fattening as many similar snacks each pack also carries 3.8g of fat and 10.2g of carbohydrate. The cost of these delights ranges from 28 to 35p in shops round my way and can also be found in Walkers multi packs containing Squares and Wotsits.

The other thing noticeable about this snack is the fact that although it is bacon flavoured it is also suitable for vegetarians so now vegi`s can enjoy the delicious taste of bacon without swaying from their beliefs.

My over all opinion on these snacks is that they are very strong in delicious bacon flavour and manufactured to perfection every time making them a great buy and a very tasty and enjoyable snack that can be enjoyed at any time of the day or night.
