This is a snack you either love or you hate , just like Marmite! The other day I read an excellent review on these and it got me in the mood for a bag! I'm sure your familiar with this product, they've been around donkeys and at one time in pubs they were more popular than nuts! The Packaging... Clearly states they are the brand Smiths (part of the walkers company) and that they are Scampi flavoured fries (that's a hint that there is no fish in them by the way). I was first introduced to Smiths scampi flavour fries a few years ago on a night out at my local pub, I loved the taste of them immediately but really wished I had not eaten them on that particular night because the smell on my breath and my fingers lingered throughout the entire night. As soon as you open the packet the strong fishy, scampi smell hits you straight away and once you pick out the first scampi fry it embeds itself on your skin and even after washing your fingers the smell of scampi still lingers.
