Most people who are dieting are familiar with Snack-a-Jacks products: they're low fat corn and rice snacks that come in a variety of flavours and come in either snack packets (like crisp bags) or a larger flat cakes which you can cover in toppings. I bought my first bag of Berry Flavour Snack-a-Jacks in Sainsbury's for 45p (for a 30g bag) and then a few days later bought a six-pack (each bag 25g) for £2.00 as they were so nice! When you first open the bag there's a sweet berry smell which makes you want to dive straight in! I am a big fan of the Snack a Jacks range - they are great for elevenses or when you need to grab something on the go. The range is extensive and they even produce popcorn in a variety of flavours. Snack a Jacks are rice cakes that are made of rice and corn and are available in a variety of flavours including chocolate chip, chocolate orange, caramel, salt and vinegar, cheese and their newest addition - Berry flavour! They are available in multi-packs of 6 30g bags and they are also available as the larger rice cakes. These are good for lunch - I spread them with cream cheese and cucumber or marmite - yum!
