Rice Cakes are normally somthing I would regard as unappetising and this is the case with most types, however Snack-A-Jacks seem to be the exception to this rule. The makers of this product have clearly seen an opportunity to add a bit of flavour to the food clearing the way for a very low fat and low calorie snack that can be enjoyed any tim of day. The flavours that i am aware of are: Salt & Vinegar Barbecue Sour Cream & Chive Caramel The first three I purchase regularly from Tesco as part of my weekly shop. Ok as I was on a diet (and it was costing me a fortune in diet food, cup-a-soups and low cal choccy drinks) I thought I’d write a review on something I recently purchased and try to get back a tad of my small fortune. Being on a diet and sticking to it religiously means cutting out all my favourite foods including chocolate, crisps and cakes. Quaker 'Snack A Jacks' seem to have been around a couple of years now and are increasingly easy to find on the shelves in our shops and supermarkets. A friend of mine at work has a packet a day and I've seen a couple of opinions on here praising them including Deano who seems to have simular tastes to myself. So having said all of this I purchased a pack earlier in the week, despite my misgivings about all low fat food being substandard in taste in all my previous experiences.
