KP used to be very good at Salt and Vinegar but more recently i've noticed that all the manufacturers have made the taste more subtle. This does not apply to Salt and Vinegar Snack-A-Jacks. They are so tasty, you want to open another packet as soon as... Each multi-pack 22g bag contains less than 10% fat(1.7g) with 0.8g salt which to me is pretty good. ...more

Rice Cakes are normally somthing I would regard as unappetising and this is the case with most types, however Snack-A-Jacks seem to be the exception to this rule. The makers of this product have clearly seen an opportunity to add a bit of flavour to the food clearing the way for a very low fat and low calorie snack that can be enjoyed any tim of day. The flavours that i am aware of are: Salt & Vinegar Barbecue Sour Cream & Chive Caramel The first three I purchase regularly from Tesco as part of my weekly shop. I normally buy the multipack size which keeps the calories to around 90 Cals per 22g Bag. My ...

Quaker 'Snack A Jacks' seem to have been around a couple of years now and are increasingly easy to find on the shelves in our shops and supermarkets. A friend of mine at work has a packet a day and I've seen a couple of opinions on here praising them including Deano who seems to have simular tastes to myself. So having said all of this I purchased a pack earlier in the week, despite my misgivings about all low fat food being substandard in taste in all my previous experiences. Quaker Oats Limited the company that owns this product were formed in 1901 in Ohio, U.S.A by a group of Oats farmers - the old man with the long hair that symbolises Quaker is ...
