Snickers is one of the great icons of chocolatiering. Introduced in 1930, this was Forrest Mars' second chocolate product and one of my all time favourite ones. Snickers is sold in a brown coloured packaging which has the words 'Snickers' written on it in big, blue italic letters. The letters are on a field of white which is bound by a ... this monster is a waste of your valuable snack munching time. this imphasises the fact that SNICKERS bars are a waste of nutty madness. mr. t lowers himself by advertising this rubbish excuse of a choclate bar. this is and absolute disgrace toward the nut family. the mars company should be ashamed. they should get hung for such crime of making a ... Who hasn't had a Snickers? No really, I'd love to hear from someone who's never had one! I've been eating these chocolate bars since the good old days when we called them marathons. They're not top of my list but they are right up with there with Cadbury Picnics. The chocolate isn't as nice as Cadbury (it's made by Mars) but ... Read the complete review

In reading this review I take no responsibility for any dental problems.. It is edible straight from the freezer but remember to watch you don't break any teeth and try not to bite too hard on it. I recently got a Snickers easter egg two weeks ago and so decided to freeze the snickers bar's that came with it. A few days ... Read the complete review

Snickers is a chocolate bar. It is made from peanut butter nougat, on top of this goes roasted peanuts and caramel. The toppings are held in place by a thick layer of milk chocolate. I don't eat chocolate often. When I do Snickers Bar is one I eat most. Combination of the layers mentioned makes it a tasty snack. Some facts ... Read the complete review

It is nice to think that with the new reward system you can review a chocolate bar and actually earn enough to buy another one. I can remember when Snickers was known as Marathon and the name was changed so that it was called the same as in the USA. It costs between 40 pence and 50 pence in most shops for a normal bar and can be bought ... Read the complete review

In the olden days when things were so much more black and white, and there was not nearly as much choice especially in the confectionery department, these bars were called Marathon's. God only knows why they decided to change the name, but they did kind of set a trend. Since Snickers changed from Marathon so did Opal fruits to Starburst, ... Read the complete review

This is the only chocolate bar that I still buy if I'm hungry whilst out and about and there's nothing else to eat. It's the only sweet that I'll buy from an office vending machine when I've forgotten to take my pack lunch to work. The snack of last resort. I choose a Snickers because it's usually the only one that'll fill me up and keep me going ... Read the complete review

Ok so I have not done a chocolate review before which is unlike me because I am a chocoholic. Seriously I could sit and eat 10 chocolate bars followed by a whole chocolate cake and then washed down with a steaming hot hot chocolate. Snickers Bars – All I have to say is yum, yum and yum!!! If you can cast your mind back to that dreadful decade known as the eighties then you may remember a chocolate bar called a Marathon. I feel sorry for those who may have been in a coma for the past two decades and have awakened with a Marathon craving. At first they’ll probably feel like Charlton Heston at the end of Planet of the Apes. Then if ... Read the complete review

I am quite partial to the odd bar of chocolate now and again. If I had to pick one chocolate bar that I never wanted to go out of production, then I would choose Snickers. I think that a Snickers bar is by far and away the nicest chocolate that you will taste today, although that it is only my opinion. I used to eat the full-size bars ... Read the complete review

Preamble/ramble Having not embarked upon many snack related reviews, I believe now may be a good time to address this particular deficiency! Well I finished mine in about a minute, not bad going that! Apparently in the 90?s Snickers was one of the most popular chocolate bars around, today it finds itself competing with a much wider market. But still the Snickers is holding on strong. Well, along with Mars, Snickers in the 90s was a very popular chocolate, if not the most popular. But, with age, and many new chocolates out on the market, is Snickers still the best?
