There are sour cream dips available from supermarkets or from Gourmet shops. Dips can be good for slimmers if they are made of low fat mayonnaise, yoghurt and soured cream. I do occasionally buy a dip ready made. Tesco make some, a sour cream and chive dip is nice tesco’s cost 64p for 170g dips, and Pringles sour cream and chive cost £1.28p for 300g.
