I first heard about Special K Mini Breaks when i saw the tv advert for them. The girl in the ad was gorgeous, so slim and pretty and i wanted to look like her (well who wouldnt!) Im also on a diet and following Weighwatchers and find it difficult sometimes getting low calorie low point snacks to eat.

I was in Dunnes Stores and they were selling a box of five for £2.00 (40p a bag is a little expensive but diet food usually seems to be!) I opted for the chocolate flavour bites as im a girl who loves her chocolate. Each bag weighs 24 grams and is made from oats, wheat and rice. When i opened them, i noticed there wasnt very many in a pack - maybe about eight or nine. They looked a little bit like weetabix stuff together with tiny bits of chocolate. They had a cereal taste and the chocolate in them was nice. I could tell though that they were low calorie as they didnt taste naughty enough to be fattening!

They are one and a half Weightwatchers point which is quite low so they would be good with a cup of tea for elevensies. I ate my first in the cinema and they did make me feel slightly fuller.
