ST IVEL UTTERLEY BUTTERLY
If you are looking for an alternative to straight up butter this is it. It is tasty creamy and spreads straight from the fridge. It is a close second to real butter and this is because it is made with buttermilk.
I have tried a number of different spreads with this claim to be just as good as butter, but this one has to be the fore runner. Definitely top in my book.
Not only tastes good it is versatile too as I have used it to bake with and the cakes have come out loverly.
I have used it in pastry but this is not as good as the hard fats for this purpose. But acceptable non the less.
Nice melted in Jacket potatoes and slap some on some bread and eat it as is.
Simply one of those products that should have been invented years before. One for the fridge and my shopping basket.

It comes in a yellow tub with bold blue lettering you can't fail to see it on the shelves but watch out there are imitations out there that are no contest as far as I am concerned.
Good work St Ivel.

No more holey bread and broken knives.

Summary: got to keep the supply up
