Who'd have thought it eh? A chew with a contrasting runny centre! What a step forward in confectionary tomfoolery! Choozers by Starburst offer this strange concoction in a handy grab bag or roll. The bagged varieties were on offer in Tesco recently for £1.37 a bag or two for £2.00 so in the interests of consumer research into my trolley they ... Read the complete review

Years ago the star burst brand were known as opal fruit. They were popular sweets, and one day dramatically they underwent a name change to starburst. It may have been to become more of a european friendly name if they were trying to break the european market, as several brands also did this at the same time (for example Jiff changed to Ciff). The ... Read the complete review

Wanting something sweet to satisfy my craving, I bought these 'Starbust Choozers' from Tesco since they looked intriguing and I hadn't tried them before. The packaging is red with 'Starburst' and 'Choozers' written across the front in large letters, along with a picture of one of the sweets cut in half with some juice oozing out the ... I have always wanted to try Starburst Choozers since it first appeared last year. As Tesco is currently offering the sweets at £1.00 for a 160g bag instead of the usual £1.37, I decided to give it a try. I like the original Starburst chewy sweets, the individually wrapped sweets have a nice fruit flavour and the chewiness is very ... Read the complete review

To be honest I have to say that these sweets may have just become my most favourite sweet ever and that is truly saying something. Starburst Choozers are a twist of the popular starburst sweets that used to be called opal fruits. Choozers have a runny liquid centre that is extremely fruity and juicy and are surrounded by a chewy shell ... Read the complete review

Starburst Choozers are bursting with flavour. There are three combinations, orange and mango, raspberry and orange, pineapple and orange. These are the most incredible sweets. All the flavours taste so different and go so well together. You can get them from most supermarkets and news agents. They are offered at such a low price just ... Read the complete review

Starburst choozers are the new sweet from Starburst ( when I was younger Starbursts were known as Opal Fruits) These sweets are very different from the previous chewy square shaped fruity sweets. They are on special offer at the moment in a well known super market. You can get two 41 g packets for 50p. They have a very bright cool ... Read the complete review

I'm not particularly fruity - well, not when it comes to confectionary anyway. Chocolate is my weakness and nearly always my first choice when I need to satisfy a sweet craving. Feeling sorry for myself this morning, I wandered to the local Co-op and picked up my usual 'I need cheering up' Bueno. But as I headed over to the checkout ... Read the complete review

I am just about old enough to remember the days of opal fruits, a very nice chewy sweet that needed no change. To start with all they done was change the name to starburst which was ok, pointless but ok but then they started to tamper with the sweets themselves. They removed some of the sugar whilst at the same time supposedly improving ... Read the complete review
