As most of you know I am partial to the odd bar of chocolate but Andrew loves sweets. He came home with a bag of these a little while back and I just couldn't stop myself from reaching into the bag and trying one or two or maybe more! You can buy them from most supermarkets and they usually cost around £1.50 for a family sized bag and they are based on the normal Starbursts in that they are exactly the same shape and size they all include the strawberry flavour in each sweet. I fancied something sweet the other day and decided against chocolate, instead buying a pack of Starburst thinking this way I could spread my treat out through the day and still stick to my healthy eating plan rather than scoffing a chocolate bar within five minutes and then spending the rest of the day battling my desire for another one!
