Disadvantages: the feel

Stilton, for those of you haven't heard of this cheese I will give you a brief description. Not everyone will agree some will.

Stilton is a cheese made in England which is left over for 3 years to be mature. Not mature sensible, mature as in ready to eat. It is quite easy to spot for it's is white and has veins. It's taste is sharp, not particularly a favourite of mine.

The feel of the cheese is quite rubbery and also that way to tatse. I think the taste is different to everyone depending on your flavour. Some people adore the cheese but I don't really like it.
