One of my passions in life has to be sheep. There is nothing so rewarding as a field of sheep grazing in a meadow, or a field of new born lambs. Just recently in the Outer Hebrides I awoke in the middle of the night, 3.30 am actually, and it was already dawning, and the site of a field of sheep just beginning to stir as the morning light bathed their silhouettes was stunning and so peaceful.
