Peanut butter is great and Sun-Pat Crunchy is seriously crammed full of peanuts, as stated on their bottle. It's a fantastic spread with a totally delicious flavour. I like the way it clings to the palate and the crunching down of the peanut pieces it makes for a very satisfying taste experience. Peanuts are a great source of protein and this product is suitable for vegetarians.

The product is housed in a glass jar with a deep red label. To the front of the jar there is a picture of some large appetising peanuts. The large screw-top lid is bright yellow in colouring, giving out a sunny feel to the product and a source of energy. The peanut butter is a naturally derived source of protein which is high in Mono-Unsaturates. The jar states that it is 'packed full of goodness, from only the finest peanuts for that truly original Sun-Pat taste'.
The texture of the Sun-Pat peanut Butter Crunchy is thick and clinging and it takes a good deal of effort to entirely remove the spread from the roof of your mouth. It has large pieces of peanuts within the spread and it is delicious spread thickly on a nice fresh slice from an uncut loaf. The size of the jar is 340g and the shelf life is roughly one year. This product is best kept in the cupboard as it is already quite hard to get this thick mixture out of the jar and if kept in the fridge it would be seriously hard.

I love the Sun-Pat Crunchy and I like eating it straight from the jar. Manners! - It is gorgeous and I really enjoy the thick quality of it. Its lovely spread thickly on a fresh slice of bread and butter. It also goes well with jam and this makes for a really tasty sandwich. There is a 'Smooth' variety but I prefer the Crunchy version with its nice large pieces of peanut. I find it quite a filling spread and it is a nice snack between meals. Well there is nothing NOT to recommend about Sun-Pat Crunchy. It is tasty, filling and very more'ish. -
