They are slightly dusty then softly they melt in your mouth. As they are dusty they don't stick to each other. I wanted to bake them but we ate them before I could find a recipe to use them. They are very light and contain natural ingredients. Their sweet taste is quite unique. I tried them in my cappuccino and they wer...more

Premium Review Supercook Mini Marshmallows: marshmallows on muffins (169 words)

These mini marshmallows are ideal for using when cooking or for decorating a large variety of foods. A 200g bag of these costs me 89p from morrisons which is realy reasonable i think, these are in the baking isle along with all the cake mixes. In the winter as a pudding we love muffins with chocolate sauce and melted marshmallows on top but if you use a normal sized marshmallow the chocolate sauce goes hard and starts to burn before the marshmallow has melted, these are small enough to melt as the sauce warms up maknig a lovely treat. In the summer i like to put these into my icecream sundays and have even added then to my vanilla ice ...  Read the complete review

The other day we went to the Tesco to buy cake decorating stuff. I bought different coloured icings, chocolates and mini marshmallows. I decorated ginger bread for my kids. I wanted to look up a recipe with marshmallows but my elder son was asking me to open the marshmallows to taste it. All of us tasted them until they disappeared. Price and package ----------------------- As I mentioned before I bought them in Tesco but I think they are available in all supermarkets. I bought a pack of 200 g for 1.09 pounds. They come in a plastic bag which is very colourful and the colours are all pale. There is a rectangular on the wrapper which is ...  Read the complete review

Supercook Mini Marshmallows - Yummm!! I really like Supercook because they make loads of things to help you with baking and tons of fantastic ingredients. These marshmallows are just one of their many products that I like to buy. The marshmallows are about 1cm big, definately mini and plain white . However you can also buy them coloured, these come in yellow or pink and are great for use as decoration for example putting on the top of a cake or biscuit or for dunking in melted chocolate. The white ones are also good for these things but as they are plain I tend to use them inside the things I make. Some good uses for them are: to make the chocolate ...  Read the complete review

I got a recipe the other day to make cookies with marshmallows in them, the recipe said I needed mini marshmallows and the only ones in the shop was these Supercook ones. I only needed 3/4 of the pack so am eating the rest of them now because they're yummy. The cookies came out wicked, when we ate them while they were still warm the marshmallows had gone soft and sticky and that made the cookie taste sooooo good. My mum does a wicked chocolate fridge cake with marshmallows in it and she told me today that she always uses these, they set nice in the fridge and quickly melt when you get one in your mouth. The marshmallows are very small, if you're ...  Read the complete review

I recently picked up a bag of these as I was looking to decorate a Chocolate cake that I was making but I have to admit that by the time that I went to place them on the top of the cake there weren't many left and I had to scrap the idea. These mini marshmallows are just so cute and Moorish that I couldn't resist them, but I didn't realise that I had eaten so many. Instead with the few marshmallows that I had left I decided to indulge myself after my baking effort and made the kind of Hot Chocolate drink you only dream of. I piled them on top of the drink with a little whipped cream and what a treat it was. The mini marshmallows melted a little into the ...  Read the complete review
