I love the taste of almonds, they are a lovely addition to any cake and are normally present in marzipan and cherry bakewell's. It's one of my favourite things to add to recipies in the kitchen so I always have a little bottle of almond extract around. I always buy the Supercook version because, in my mind, they are the best company for baking products, I always buy the supercook version of products even if another version is cheaper because they are normally better value with a better taste.
