	Supercook Mini Marshmallows ... recently picked up a bag of these as I was looking to decorate a Chocolate cake that I was making but I have to admit that by the time that I went to place them on the top of the cake there weren t many left and I had to scrap the idea. These mini marshmallows are just so cute and Moorish that I couldn t resist them, but I didn t realise that I had eaten so many. Instead with the few marshmallows that I had left I decided to indulge myself after my baking effort and made the kind of Hot Chocolate drink you only dream of. 	Supercook Easyice Vanilla Buttercream ... love making my own butter icing, it s one of my favourite things about icing and I always try to make my own. However one day when I wasn t feeling well and not up to making my own I sent my husband out to buy some for me and he came back with SuperCook EasyIce Vanilla Buttercream. It was bought from Tesco s for about £1.50 I think. It comes in a 325g tub which is quite sturdy and airtight. It s also re-sealable so that if you don t want to use it all at once you can put it in the fridge for another day. 	Supercook Natural Almond Extract ... love the taste of almonds, they are a lovely addition to any cake and are normally present in marzipan and cherry bakewell s. It s one of my favourite things to add to recipies in the kitchen so I always have a little bottle of almond extract around. I always buy the Supercook version because, in my mind, they are the best company for baking products, I always buy the supercook version of products even if another version is cheaper because they are normally better value with a better taste.
