Tesco Chocolate Limes:
... a treat this week I decided that I wanted to have some sweets that I d not had for years and rather than having a bar of chocolate I went up the rarely-ventured-to sweet aisle and had a browse of the bagged sweets that were available. My eye was caught by these Chocolate Limes, a Tesco branded product and a very impressive 66p for a 227 gram bag. The bag has lasted me for the past few days as I have just been d... Butterkist Popcorn ... bought a large bag of popcorn that contained 200g from home bargains today on one of there star deals for 69p. Popcorn for me no matter the brand symbolises relaxing watching a film as I am full of cold I thought it would be a nice idea to sit on the sofa with a DVD and a bowl of popcorn in the hope that my son wouldn t be too demanding. I have always considered Butter Kist to be the superior brand but I haven t tried these in quite a few years so this afternoon poured them in a big bowl and at on the sofa and shared them with my son. The bag is a distinctive metallic red with enlarged pictures on the toffee popcorn. The bag is foil sealed which is designed to keep i... Marks & Spencer Percy Pigs ... always pick a pack of these up when in Marks and Spencer. I first tried them as they are positioned at the tills, and I was looking around as usual, but these are lovely. I like Jelly and Foam type sweets, and often buy them out all the Supermarkets. I think the pack is 100g and i m sure the last time I bought them a few weeks ago they cost 58p. Not the cheapest, as other Supermarkets are a good bit cheaper, but then again this is M&S where things are more expensive anyway. The pack is alright. It is a bright-ish pink bag which has a cartoon Pig on the front and a little window on the pack so you can see the sweets. The sweets are a light pink colour and before y... Mars Skittles ... are one of my favourite sweets. I don t have them that often, but sometimes get the urge to go and buy some. The Skittles come in a bright red packet, which sort of invites you to buy them. Once you open the packet, the actual sweets are just as colourful and you are met with a fruity smell, which smells just like they taste. This is good, because they taste great. Each different colour is supposed to represent a fruit and therefore have a unique taste. There is some difference, but this doesn t really affect me, as I tend to bundle a handful at a time into my mouth, which results in the same taste every time. The flavour seems to burst out of them, despite the... Read the full review: Skittles by Wils0408n |
