Advantages: It's chocolate.
Disadvantages: A lot of calories.
For Christmas this year I didn't receive too much chocolate which I guess is a good thing, need to eat slightly healthier (new years resolution I guess).
What I did receive in my stocking though was a terry's chocolate orange, I haven't had one of these for years and it's not usually a chocolate I would usually buy for myself, not too sure why that is?! I guess I just tend to associate this round chocolate as something I only eat at Christmas.
One of these costs £2.50 depending on where it is you like to shop it may vary.
Terry's chocolate orange doesn't only come in milk chocolate orange flavour anymore there's flavours from dark mint chocolate orange to just dark chocolate orange.
I was surprised by the weight of this chocolate it is really quite heavy which makes it seem really good value for money, I always have trouble breaking the segments but I guess it gets rid of some stress while you're at it.
I love the taste of this chocolate, its milky and the orange flavour is just right for me, I ate half of the orange in one go, I am sure I could possibly eat a whole one in one go although probably feeling slightly ill afterwards.
I really want to know how they make these; does someone personally stick all the segments together? I am sure they probably do but can its weird to imagine it.
I love the fact that when you pick out a segment that it has Terry's written on it and the little grainy bits looking like a real orange, again how do they do this and how does it stay that way and without melting all into one big ball?
I wouldn't buy these often but they are definitely worth the money as a treat once in a while and especially make good stocking fillers.
Summary: What could possibly be better than chocolate?
