Advantages: tastes so nice, well presented too
Disadvantages: none
Terrys chocolate orange is a fantastic chocolate treat whatever edition you eat of it, it comes in a few different ways too, as a full chocolate orange, as a bar or iv even had them as individual segments wrapped up and put into a box as well.
The original chocolate orange comes as a segmented pieced orange chocolate ball. Its bigger than most actual oranges and it has 20, more than most oranges as well however the circular shape and the shape of each segment makes it look really like a proper orange, except a chocolate one.
The taste is fantastic, the milk chocolate is really smooth and silky, but not too smooth and the taste of the orange is clear when your eating it, the orange taste isn't too strong, but its just right.
They are wrapped in a orange colour foil which makes them look really nice and a terry chocolate orange stick holds the foil in place. They then come in a nice packaged box as well meaning they look good as gifts too.
The segments are individual however they are all kind of stuck together in some parts so the phrase don't tap it whack it soon came about as a commercial and this is meant to break up the orange into individual pieces, although you can really just pull them apart quite easily as well.
The bars are pretty good as well, they taste the same as they are the same product however they are all joined onto one another and you have to snap the bar to get a segment out, however I don't think there really is any substitute for the actual full proper chocolate orange, great for giving to people as gifts, and even better if you receive one your self.
Summary: a great chocolate gift
