I wonder how many of us will receive one this Christmas. Terry’s chocolate orange are a popular choice as a gift a stocking filler I bought 3 for the price of 2 the other day. Terry’s chocolate oranges seem to have been about forever I cannot remember a Christmas without one The design on the box has changed for Christmas it is a Santa a hole where his belly is exposes the chocolate and happy Christmas written all over the box Plain ones, milk ones and white ones are available also bars of Terry’s chocolate orange and boxes of individually wrapped segments. I can not remember how many segments make up a chocolate orange about 16 I think, no I am going to resist opening one to count them as once I start on one segment I shall eat the lot I like the plain and milk not so keen on white chocolate. Each segment is about the right size to put in your mouth and savour. do not leave the box on top of the radiator like i did once it makes a lovely mess. Each segment has 460 kcal in it each 100g 527 K cal the complete orange weighs 175 grams. The chocolate orange is made in the UK for Krafts food Terry’s was established in 1767. I wonder how many I will get this Christmas? Oh well must go and wrap one its my chocoholic friend at works birthday today. Thanks for reading Mary a
