Homemade bread is delicious and I make a lot but occasionally I feel like having a change and tortilla wraps are very versatile. What is a tortilla wrap? It is a flat type of bread, made with flour, lard, salt, baking powder and water and rolled out thinly and cooked quickly on a griddle or in a frying pan. But although I love baking these take time to make and although homemade taste best, it's so much quicker to buy them. They can be used cold with moist sandwich fillings like prawns in Marie rose sauce with some salad, or a spicy Coronation chicken.
