Tesco Bitesize Barbeque Cocktail Sausages

We had some friends around recently and with a new baby I was not up to cooking so rather than making things from scratch we shopped in Tesco and picked up lots of nibbles and bits and pieces that were ready to eat. These cocktail sausages are perfect for people in a similar situation. They look really tasty and not fatty at all. They are perfectly cooked and golden brown in colour. My daughter decided she would have quite enough cooking to do on the morning of my granddaughters birthday party so she saved time and energy by buying ready cooked cocktail sausages to put on the sticks. She bought two packs of 35 pork sausages from Tesco priced at £1.65 a pack, they are currently on offer at two packs for £3. They are 62% pork, which although not great is roughly the meat content I would expect for these, with the rest of the sausage being made up of rusk and pork fat and other ingredients that do not bear thinking about.
