As with the other flavours, the packet states that they are ideal for lunchboxes, if you don't like your children much.
It also clearly states what the pack contains on the front in terms of calories etc.

Fat - 0.6g - 1% RDA (good) Saturates 0.3g (2%)

While waiting for my product proposals to go through, I'm afraid I have no choice but to subject you to my third and final review of Tesco Fruit Bites. ---Blackcurrant--- As regular readers of my Fruit Bite reviews will know, I found these lurking in the kitchen several weeks ago - something I bought as a standby snack which is relatively healthy and particularly useful when the pear has exploded in my bag and once again I've picked up the most unbelievably minging bruised apples in existence. Naughty as regards calories!! As good as the full fat version. Still not that good for you.
