Tesco Bombay Potato in a tin costs only 65p at the moment. When I first picked it up a few weeks ago it cost closer to 80p so it's good to see prices going in the right direction for a change! For 65p you get a 400g tin which is plenty for a big dinner for one, or enough to share around with a small group if you're using it as a side dish. To heat it up, just pour it into a microwave bowl, put a bit of kitchen towel over the top and nuke it for four or five minutes, stirring once in the middle. Easy stuff.
