Tesco Cheese and Ham Pasta

My wife for some reason best known to her came home with a bright yellow bag containing Tesco cheese and ham pasta delight; let me tell you something, there was no delight attached to it as far as I am concerned. Normally I would never have touched this stuff but after a good few drinks one night I was looking for something quick, easy and a bit better for me than phoning the local pizza parlour, so I grabbed the bag out of the cupboard, read the simple cooking instructions and set about making this so called delight. It is basically pasta tubes covered in a decent enough if nothing special cheese sauce, the main problem for me comes with the ham. ...

I have tried many produts from Tesco and I think that MOST of them are good value for money, but not this one. It is easy to prepare this dish, as long as you read the instructions on the package. However, in the end I think that you could achieve the same results if you cooked your own pasta with some ham and cheese. Not that the taste is that bad, but I think that it is better to prepare a fresh dish of pasta with ham and cheese. They say that this is a package for 2 people, and I do not agree. This cheese and ham pasta delight is just another example of what a great quality selection is available at lower prices. The packaging for this flavour is a lovely sunny yellow which instantly draws your attention to it and quite simply shows the product served on a plate.
