I'm not mad keen on any of the fresh cookies from the bakery because they never taste as fresh as I would like but these chocolate chip cookies are proper nice. You get 5 in a bag and they go stale dead quick so that's a good excuse to eat them as quick as possible! The taste of them is nice, they have got a wicked cookie flavour and there are plenty of chocolate chips in them that have got quite a strong taste and are big enough to pick out of the cookie and enjoy on their own. The cookies are soft and chewy like most of these bagged cookies but the difference with these is that when they start going stale they crisp up a bit instead ... Read the complete review

Tesco Chocolate Chip cookies are tasty, chunky, mouth-watering treats which will tantalise and pleasure your taste buds to such an extent that you'll be left a little sad once the last heavenly crumb has entered your mouth. The cookies come in packs of five and have various flavours. I usually buy the white chocolate chip ones. They have a pleasant texture and look to them and taste exquisite once placed in your mouth. They also do not crumble easily as opposed to cookies from other bakeries. The cookies are very chewy. They are not crunchy at all, so if you're looking for that, best look elsewhere. Tesco Chocolate Chip Cookies have changed a bit recently. They're as tasty as ever, but they now come in little purple bags and cost 75p for 5, whereas they were 99p for 5 up until very recently. These cookies are baked in store and sold in the bakery aisle. If you go in late at night, you might be lucky to get one of these bags for a big discount, but beware they don't taste as nice once they've been out all day. What makes these cookies taste so much nicer than the ones you buy in packets off the shelf, is the warmth and softeness. You bite into one of these cookies, and they just melt in your mouth. There's a strong taste of the raw cookie ... Read the complete review

I must say I am an absolute lover of these cookies, for tesco who i don't normally shop at i will pop in there to get a bag of these and wont stop eating them till there gone. I can tell just by the pure sweetness of these cookies that they are in no way shape or form good for you on any level. The best time to get these are when there fresh, if you're lucky and get there when a fresh batch has been put out, they simply make every taste bud explode. These are chewier than the regular cookies you may buy, much more like cookies from a real cookie store. Obviously there not to everyone's taste or diet, but if either of these are none of your concern, ... Read the complete review
