I have chocolate coins in my stocking every year, yes i still have a stocking... and they are usually from tescos as this is where our family shops. They are relitivly cheap, and although they do not taste like thorntons chocolate, they taste good, not like cheap over sweetened chocolate that you often get in supermarket own brands. Chocolate coins are made and sold by many companies. They are ideal to add as chocolate stocking filler or use as a cake decoration. I bought some chocolate coins at Tesco for the children in my family this year. I had earlier bought co-op chocolate coins for my children at school.I wrote a review on the co-op ones a while ago. Now here is my opinion about the tesco ones. These chocolate coins were also in a yellow/gold net bag and contained 3 different sized coins the same size.
