My only one point to make is that these are a bit pricey, coming in at £2.99 per pack of four. However, my angel from above must have had me in mind and whispered in the ear of the Tesco manager as I found these on offer at half price....needless to say I have stashed some away for those precious first few days back at school....more

My young son is a very fussy eater, and when he started school last year, I had a lot of trouble trying to get him to take both healthy and tasty snacks for playtime.....I was in my local Tesco store and found the ideal answer to my prayers. The magical product was called Custard Slurpers. This is a product which comes in a pack of four in either chocolate, vanilla or strawberry. It is a smooth small pouch of custard which has a screw top, and very easy for little hands to open. When I am out doing my shopping I am always on the look out for new little treats for my grandchildren. Last week I had my grandson with me when doing my shopping. We had a long discussion about 'chocolate slippers'. I had no idea what he was talking about. He told me that one of his friend's had one in his packed lunch and it looked very yummy. I had no idea what he was talking about, but not wanting to look silly I asked him to find them as we walked round Tesco.
