They say never to go shopping on an empty stomach and now I know why. Bypassing the salad aisle, I decided some cake would be nice. What can go better with cake than custard so in my typical impulsive way I bought some Tesco finest custard infused with vanilla. At £1.49 for a 500g tub, it is certainly one of the more expensive custards out there. When I got home, I couldnt wait to have some cake and custard, so I poured some into a bowl ready to microwave.
