They look wicked when they're cooked, the potatoes go golden brown and look all fluffy on the surface of them. They simply taste like the nicest roast potatoes ever. They're delish and crisp on the outside but the potato inside is so fluffy that it melts in your mouth, it's not soggy like a lot of frozen roasters but is perfectly dry and fluffy. My mum buys these quite a lot because even though she cooks wicked roast potatoes herself these frozen ones taste just as good and all you've got to do is shake them out of the bag onto a roasting tin. This product is packaged in a silver foil oven tray with clear plastic lid, enclosed in a cardboard sleeve showing a picture on the lid of the roasted potatoes in a serving dish on a black dotty background, and nutrition and cooking information on the bottom. The 900g tray of potatoes is said to serve 4 and on removal of the cardboard sleeve this seems a generous quantity. Good, because I want it to serve 7, all be it two of the servees (is there such a word??!!) being children and one a baby. These roasties are made with British Maris Piper potatoes. Another plus point as these are my tatas of choice when home roasting. The rubrik on the front ...  Read the complete review
