Tesco Finest Potato Salad

I was going to make my own potato salad for our bonfire night tea but I left it a bit late when I went shopping so dished out some that we'd already got in the fridge. I love Tesco Finest Potato Salad because it's whole baby potatoes and they are a lot firmer than other shop brought potato salad but without being hard. The potatoes taste lovely and fresh and the mayo dressing goes wicked with them. I am very fond of potato salad and I usually make my own as most bought potato salad are far too 'mushy' for my taste . . . I like my potatoes nice and firm. I happened to come across a new potato salad made by Tesco and it filled me with delight. What makes this potato salad unique is that it consists of whole baby potatoes covered in a creamy mayonnaise made with soft cheese and single cream.
