I was going to make my own potato salad for our bonfire night tea but I left it a bit late when I went shopping so dished out some that we'd already got in the fridge.

I love Tesco Finest Potato Salad because it's whole baby potatoes and they are a lot firmer than other shop brought potato salad but without being hard.

The potatoes taste lovely and fresh and the mayo dressing goes wicked with them. It's smooth and very creamy tasting, you can taste the spring onions in the potato salad and they also taste very fresh.

The dressing is gorgeous, there's loads of it in the pot compared to the potatoes but I don't mind that because it's so yummy that I can scoop a load of it up and it makes the spuds taste lovely. It's a proper thick dressing and sticks to the potato and because the potatoes are whole I use them as a sort of scoop and usually end up licking the first lot of dressing off and having a second lot before munching the potato!

This is easily the best potato salad and loads better than the Sainsburys Taste The Difference version, we usually buy the standard Tesco Creamy Potato salad and I've always loved that one as well but this Finest one is even better and for the price of £1.28 a pot I shall deffo buy it again.
