Tesco Finest Strawberry Cheesecake

This strawberry cheesecake is from the Tesco finest range and while I must say it is a very acceptable and tasty cheesecake I'm not really sure why it is considered to be from the finest range as there is nothing especially unique about it to justify the extra price you have to pay. Taste and texture wise it is a good cheesecake, the biscuit base is the perfect blend of an ideal moist and crunchy blend that works really well, the biscuit has a sweet taste to it and this compliments really well the slightly sour but also creamy taste of the creamcheese layer which is very smooth and has just the right amount of thickness to it. The other day our neighbour came knocking on our door. I could hardly see his face due to the fact that he was carrying loads of small boxes. He proceeded to explain that he had been given tones of cream based products that were close to going out of date but he couldn't eat them all by himself. He asked if we wanted them and without a moments hesitation, my hubby and I cried 'Yes please'.
