Tesco Finest Thai Fishcakes with Sweet Chilli Dip

My daughter went shopping to Tesco today and when she finally came back to collect the children she softened me up by giving me a box of Thai fishcakes from the Tesco Finest range. They are chilled fishcakes and look very posh because Tesco have made the box look very modern and it has a photograph of a succulent looking fishcake and a close up of a pile of chilli's to tell me that it is an Oriental dish. Fishcakes are one of my favourite foods and I do not mind if they are handmade speciality fishcakes or 99p Iceland ones.
