Tesco Finest Tomato & Mozzarella Salad

I have the house to myself, a rare treat. I love getting to be in charge of the remote and the fact that I don't have to compromise on my food choices. Trouble is that left to my own devices I tend to get too absorbed in what I'm doing and simply forget to eat all day then it's 8pm and my stomach is growling and I feel faint from lack of food so I end up getting a take away. While I was out shopping yesterday I fancied something quick I could eat as soon as I got home without cooking. In Tesco I looked at uninspiring potato salad and ready cooked chicken in the chillers and eventually found myself in the salad aisle looking at their prepacked salads.
