I have the house to myself, a rare treat. I love getting to be in charge of the remote and the fact that I don't have to compromise on my food choices. Trouble is that left to my own devices I tend to get too absorbed in what I'm doing and simply forget to eat all day then it's 8pm and my stomach is growling and I feel faint from lack of food so I end up getting a take away. While I was out shopping yesterday I fancied something quick I could eat as soon as I got home without cooking. In Tesco I looked at uninspiring potato salad and ready cooked chicken in the chillers and eventually found myself in the salad aisle looking at their prepacked salads. The one which stood out as being more exciting than the rest was this Tesco Finest Tomato and Mozzarella Salad which looked delicious and light on a warm summers evening such as we had yesterday.
