Otherwise I found the pizza bases tasted pretty much like any other pizza base and I don't think you'd know the difference without seeing the packaging. The pizza bases are small, so I would advise 1 base per person. Being lactose and wheat intolerant means that pizza is a very rare treat for me, due to the after affects. So when I spotted these 'free from' pizza bases in Tesco, I just had to pick up a pack! Made with rice flour, tapioca and potato starch, the pizza bases are wheat free, gluten free and milk free, making them ideal for me and many other sufferers.
