Advantages: Great taste, healthy breakfast and not too expensive

I am not a huge fan of cereal in general but I have taken on a new diet plan and cereal is a recommended breakfast on most days of the week. I decided to try Tesco's Fruit and Fibre Breakfast cereal as I contained ingredients that I like.

It contains wheat flakes with dried pieces of banana, apple, coconut, raisins and hazelnut. It is served with some milk but certainly does not need sugar as the raisins provide the sweetness to the milk/cereal.

It really is very delicious and healthy for a morning meal. If I fancy a big breakfast, I tend to add sliced apricots and strawberries just to make it more exciting. It tastes like heaven and is a great kick start to your morning.

The only downside is the quantity. The don't seem to make larger packs and my pack normally only lasts me about 2 weeks. It is not too pricey either (£1.17 a pack today but it may have been on a deal) compared to Kelloggs or other brands.

Overall, great cereal to kick start your morning!
