... that many... unless you're being greedy with them! lol I had a bowl of soup yesterday and put about 8 in and that was about right, if you was having them on a salad you'd probably want a few more than that.
They are darker brown than the ones I get off the salad bar and the croutons are yummy. I love how crunchy and delish they are, when I had them in my soup the outside of them went soft but the middle was still majorly crunchy. That's probably because they're so big and that's wicked in my opinion!

I love the salad bar in Tesco and always put loads of croutons in my box because I love them but it never ocurred to me to buy a bag to keep in the house to use them whenever I fancy croutons instead of having to wait to buy a salad. When I noticed these bags of Tesco own brand croutons I brought a couple of different flavours to try, they're 99p for a 100g bag but was on 2 for £1.50 when I got mine about 3 weeks ago.
