The summer is here (well... was here), which generally means that us Jolly Old Brits become somewhat fruity & continental; doing strange and daring things, such as cooking AND eating outside. Oh the strange world of barbeques, condiments & dips... Barbeques aside, I'm a bit of a dip addict and tend to have an array of them in the fridge.
