 ... usually last a lot longer. Therefore I was quite surprised at how quickly this one was starting to 'turn'. By the second day, the dip was totally untouchable (I don't have a death-wish). On the whole I was really disappointed with this, more so because I love garlic flavoured things, especially garlic mayonnaise. I would recommend you give this one a miss, as quite frankly, you would be better off spending slightly more and getting a decent garlic mayo (such as the Heinz Deli range one). The summer is here (well... was here), which generally means that us Jolly Old Brits become somewhat fruity & continental; doing strange and daring things, such as cooking AND eating outside. Oh the strange world of barbeques, condiments & dips... Barbeques aside, I'm a bit of a dip addict and tend to have an array of them in the fridge.
